1. Information We Process

2. Permissions and Purpose
- Calendar permission: used to read and write system calendar events when synchronization is enabled.
- Location permission: used to obtain your current coordinates and fetch local weather data.
- Notification permission: used to deliver scheduled event reminders and mood reminder notifications.
You can deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings at any time. Some features may become
unavailable when permissions are disabled.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide weather functionality, Planora sends request parameters to Open-Meteo, including latitude, longitude, and date range. No mood notes or personal event content is required for weather API requests.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
- Core content is stored locally on your device by default.
- We do not upload your mood details or event note content to developer-operated servers.
- Data remains available until you edit, delete, or uninstall the app.
- Device-level backups and platform-level protections are managed by your operating system.

We may revise this policy when features or legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
